Ayurveda Retreat November 7th - 21st 2026
5-min. Discovery Call w/ChitraNamaste,
Join me for a 14-day Ayurveda Retreat in Tiruvannamalai, IndiaÂ
taking place November 7th - 21st 2026. This is an all-inclusive, consciously curated journey into healing, renewal, and deep inner recalibration.
I’m delighted to be returning to India in 2026. For those who missed the last retreat, this is your opportunity. The previous retreat sold out and was profoundly transformative for everyone who attended. Over the past five years, I’ve returned to India regularly for Panchakarma, detox, rest, and rejuvenation, and I can say with certainty—there is no place like India for true Ayurvedic healing.
Two Retreat Pathways
You may choose the experience that best supports where you are in your life:
Option 1: 14-Day Panchakarma Program
A traditional, in-depth detox and rejuvenation guided by an experienced Ayurvedic doctor. Your program will be customized to your constitution and needs, allowing the body and mind to reset at a deep level.
Option 2: 9-Day Ayurvedic Rejuvenation + Sacred Sightseeing
This option includes 9 days of Ayurvedic rejuvenation treatments, daily yoga, and evening wisdom sessions with me, along with 5 days of sacred travel. From November 7–11, we will explore the Pancha Bhoota Sthalams (elemental temples) before arriving at the Ayurvedic retreat center.
Both pathways are designed to be deeply nourishing, expansive, and life-changing.
Why Tiruvannamalai
Tiruvannamalai is a place of immense spiritual power—the home of Ramana Maharshi’s Ashram and Arunachala Hill (Annamalai), revered as a living embodiment of Lord Shiva. Seekers from all over the world are drawn here by its quiet intensity and unmistakable sacred presence. Having spent time here myself, I can say that its energy is palpable—steady, transformative, and profoundly supportive of inner work. It is the perfect setting for healing and self-inquiry.
This retreat is ideal for those seeking an authentic Ayurvedic experience in the heart of India, guided with care, integrity, and depth.
If you’re unsure which option is right for you, or would like more details, you’re warmly invited to book a 5-minute Discovery Call.

5 Days Sightseeing
1. Kanchipuram Ekambareswar Temple Earth – Full day trip
Ekambareswar Temple is one of India’s most ancient Shiva temples and represents the Pancha Bhoota element of Earth (Prithvi). This powerful site carries a deeply grounding, stabilizing energy, inviting you to slow down and return to the body and breath. Home to the sacred 3,500-year-old mango tree, Ekambareswar is a place of rootedness, presence, and quiet inner strength—a temple that reminds you to stand steady, supported, and whole.
2. Thiruvanaikaval Jambukeswarar Temple Water - Full day trip
Jambukeswarar Temple is one of the sacred Pancha Bhoota temples where Shiva is worshipped as the Water element (Apas). Here, water continuously flows beneath the sanctum, symbolizing emotion, purification, and the ever-moving nature of life. The energy of this temple is inward, cooling, and deeply cleansing—inviting softness, surrender, and emotional release. Jambukeswarar gently reminds you to flow rather than resist, to feel fully, and to trust life’s natural rhythm.
3. Tiruvannamalai Arunachaleswarar Temple Fire – Full day trip
Arunachaleswarar Temple is the Pancha Bhoota temple of Fire (Agni), anchored by the sacred presence of Arunachala Hill itself. This is a place of intense spiritual power, known for burning ignorance and awakening deep inner transformation. The energy here is bold, purifying, and catalytic—inviting self-inquiry, devotion, and inner illumination. Arunachaleswarar doesn’t soothe; it awakens, calling you into truth, clarity, and the fire of Self-realization.
4. Sri Kalahasti Sri Kalahasti Temple Air – Full-day trip
Sri Kalahasti Temple represents the Pancha Bhoota element of Air (Vayu). Subtle yet powerful, this temple is known for awakening movement, breath, and inner freedom. The energy here is light, expansive, and transformative, guiding you beyond mental limitations and stagnant patterns. Sri Kalahasti invites surrender into the unseen—where breath becomes prayer, and presence dissolves what binds you, leaving clarity, space, and quiet liberation.
5. Chidambaram Thillai Natarajar Temple Ether - Full day trip
Thillai Natarajar Temple represents the Pancha Bhoota element of Space (Akasha)—the subtlest and most profound of the five. Here, Shiva dances as Nataraja, the cosmic dancer, revealing the truth that all creation arises, moves, and dissolves within awareness itself. The temple’s energy is vast, silent, and liberating, pointing you beyond form, mind, and identity into pure presence. Chidambaram is not about doing or becoming—it is about remembering the boundless space that you already are.
